Prime Products CO. U.S. is a wholesale and distribution company offering a wide range of products including toys, cosmetics, skincare, household items, groceries, and more. We offer a diverse range of brands and categories but do not claim to be authorized distributors of any brand unless specifically stated. The majority of our products are in stock at our warehouse, but we may also offer items that are not in our possession or inbound to our warehouse. We do not guarantee that any product is in stock unless otherwise stated. Orders will be processed and shipped within a reasonable time frame. Prime Products CO. U.S. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.
Shipping and delivery responsibility lies with the buyer, who must assume all shipping or freight charges unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control such as weather or transit delays. The buyer is also responsible for adding insurance to their own freight, even if Prime Products CO. U.S. schedules the shipment. We do not take responsibility for any damage that occurs during transit. Issues regarding lost or damaged packages must be addressed directly with the carrier or insurance provider.
Returns are not accepted, and all sales are final. No cancellations, modifications, or changes are allowed after the order is confirmed. In the case of misinformation during the transaction, it must be reported to Prime Products CO. U.S. within 3 business days of receiving the merchandise. Orders must be picked up within 5 days of notification that they are ready to ship. If storage is needed, a fee of $100.00 per pallet position per month will be charged after 14 days, and a long-term storage fee of $200.00 per month per pallet position will be charged after 3 months.
For processing, additional charges may apply for services such as bundling and labeling. The buyer must inquire and purchase these services when placing the order. Purchase orders, emails, and verbal or Telegram messages are legally binding agreements, and no cancellations will be allowed. Failure to make payment within 2 business days may result in legal action and the buyer will be responsible for all litigation fees.
In the event of a dispute between Prime Products CO. U.S. and the buyer, all litigation or mediation will take place in Texas, and the buyer will be responsible for all fees. Prime Products CO. U.S. does not take responsibility for restricted items, Intellectual Properties, Amazon or brand issues, or price fluctuations. The buyer must ensure that they are eligible to sell the products they purchase and are tax-exempt. Prime Products CO. U.S. will not offer any supportive documents besides invoices and all sales are final after confirmation. The buyer must acknowledge that they have a resale certificate and will be responsible for any taxes or liabilities with government agencies.
